All renters of this home are expected to clean up, do up bedding and leave in the same condition as they had when they check-in. |

Payments
A 25% SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT must be received in our office within 15 days of booking or the reservation will be canceled. FULL PAYMENT is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited on all reservations canceled due to non-receipt of final payment.
Cancellations & Reservation Charges
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable and we will do our best to re-rent your reserved accommodation for the same time period. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made by phone and in writing. In the event the lease must be cancelled by the leaseholder, deposit money cannot be returned unless the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner. If we are unable to re-rent the property, the full security deposit and advance payment will be forfeited.
Cleaning Statement
Each property is cleaned before your arrival. Upon vacating, the tenant is requested to leave the premises tidy and free of trash. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay and for leaving the property thoroughly clean at check out. The cost of cleaning services will be deducted from your advance payment.

Located on The Peninsula in the Village of Chester which is roughly centred on 443225N, 641423W. The Chester Peninsula, which extends into Mahone Bay. The Village has two natural harbours, Front Harbour on the east and Back Harbour on the west.
Chester is one of the wealthiest communities (per capita) in the province as a result of being a vacation and resort destination, with many seasonal and year-round estates and mansions. The nearby waters of Mahone Bay and its numerous islands are well known for yachting and have made Chester into a cruising destination. A ferry from the town connects to Big Tancook Island and Little Tancook Island. |
