Deep Cove is known throughout the sailing world as a "Sailor's Hole" and sailors from around the world have taken refuge in this protected cove. It is an excellent location for kayaking, sailing, hiking and canoeing, and is a perfect day sail to Chester, Lunenburg, or Mahone Bay. There are several sandy beaches just a short drive away. Deep Cove is also a popular fishing spot and when the mackeral are running the shore is full of people with rod and reel (no licence required). It sleeps 6 comfortably and has radiant in-floor heating and a propane fireplace.The master bedroom comes with a king bed, en suite bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The living room has additional sleeping with a comfortable queen sofa bed. In keeping with its seaside location, beautiful water colour paintings of the South Shore adorn the walls. Sit on the pergola with your favourite drink (or curl up in front of a cosy fire) and enjoy the awesome ocean views. |
