This is a 3 bedroom, 2 level home, with beautiful vistas of stunning Deep Cove. Offering an unabstructed view of the cove, Bella Vista provides an escape second to none. Whether it's catching the sight of an eagle soaring above the waters, sailboats at anchor, a seal sunning itself on the ice in winter (yes it is beautiful in the winter as well) or just the sun dancing off the water on a warm summer day, you will swiftly be removed from the stress of daily life. That's just the daytime experience. The night time views leaving you wondering "where did all these stars come from!"
This story and 1/2 designer decorated home offers an open concept living area with cathedral ceiling and their distinct and private sleeping areas that are perfect for two couples with children, private group outing (Ladies weekend) or for larger families. And for that couple looking for a romantic and relaxing escape, the intimate atmosphere is just what you've been looking for as you sip a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or on the deck overlooking the cove. A fully equipped kitchen overlooks the great room for a very interactive meal experience whether preparing your meal on the Jenn-air counter top stove or on the BBQ located just outside the front door.
Bella Vista's theree bedrooms are all unique with a King Suite, Queen with private ensuite and a two bed option that offers extra long twin beds that can be joined together as a king. All mattresses are new high quality Sealy hypo-allergenic and are fitted with fully enclosed alergen protectors for your consideration.
